These 1:1 private duty cases allow you to deliver focused, developmentally appropriate care to children who benefit from attentive, individualized nursing in the comfort of their homes. What You’ll Do Individualized pediatric nursing care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child Monitor clinical status — Assess, document, and respond to changes in condition Family‑centered support — Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use Pay Rate RN: $45/hr Available Shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Flexible scheduling across multiple pediatric cases.
