Location: Multiple Locations - btyDENTAL Sumner, btyDENTAL Bonney Lake,Sunrise Dental of Puyallup,South Hill Family Dentistry,btyDENTAL Puyallup, Frontier Family Dental.

Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. This opportunity is ideal for both recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented practice environment. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential.
Compensation & Benefits- Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $650-$900 (DOE)
- After 90 days: 30% of collections
- Mentorship and career advancement opportunities
- Hands-on mentorship from senior doctors for advanced procedures, including:
- Surgical and wisdom tooth extractions
- Implants
- Root canals
- Conscious IV sedation
