Healthcare Operations Manager

Posting Date 06/23/2026 Facility: 090 W Ramsey St, Banning, California, 92220, United States of America Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, directly impacting patient care. Health‑care experience is not required. Responsibilities Patients come first: build relationships, set clinical goals, and improve health through quality initiatives. Workday meaning: leave each day knowing you made a difference and are developing your team. Be available during clinic hours. Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver outstanding care. Financial Management: oversee clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendors, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy: manage your clinic with support from the director, regional peers, and the company. Culture & Growth: reward shared beliefs and behaviors and foster continuous improvement. Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards. What You Can Expect Lead a collaborative and supportive team. Performance‑based rewards for individual and team contributions. Requirements Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum one year of management experience (health‑care, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as required by leadership. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days of hire). Collaboration with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at leadership discretion.
