For a deeply meaningful career, join this leading organization known for its innovation, expertise, and employee care.**FTE:** 1.0, **Shift:** Day, **Schedule:** 8 hour shifts**Position Summary**The Involuntary Treatment (IT) Court Facilitator works in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to perform clinical assessments and evaluations of patients admitted on a civil commitment system-wide for involuntary detention to a psychiatric facility. The IT Court Facilitator provides testimony and writes petitions recommending Restrictive Treatment for patients admitted on: initial detention orders and revocations of restrictive orders in compliance with the King County Superior Court rules.**Requirements*** Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing required* Licensed as a psychologist, advanced registered nurse practitioner, LMHCA, LMHC, LICSW in the State of Washington* Minimum five (5) years recent experience working with acutely ill psychiatric patients specifically involving evaluation of psychiatric safety, level of function, psychiatric diagnoses and medications* Minimum three (3) years recent experience working in a hospital setting* Driver license/Abstract**Pay and Benefit Expectations**We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,954.00 - $135,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
