Northfield Veterinary Center is seeking a board‑certified or residency‑trained small animal surgeon for a high‑volume, production‑driven opportunity in southern New Jersey. Our ER‑anchored hospital has built a consistent orthopedic caseload — TPLOs, fracture repairs, and elective soft tissue — with demand that currently outpaces our surgical capacity. We need a surgeon who wants to come in, operate, and earn. Full‑time or part‑time arrangements considered. This is not a complex referral center environment. Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this role will typically fall between $200,000 and $300,000 based on experience and qualifications.
