They boast 200+ providers operating out of more than 100 clinics and representing over 20 medical specialties and subspecialties, conducting more than 1 million patient visits each year. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The otolaryngologist will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled. All visits are supported by dedicated clinical assistants. Duties include, but are not limited to: - treat conditions of the ears, nose, and throat - examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose degree of hearing loss - examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose degree of speech loss - examine, evaluate, and perform tests to diagnose injuries to the larynx - assist patients with a limited or altered sense of smell - treat nosebleeds, infected mastoids, sinusitis, etc. - treat patients undergoing tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies - treat patients with tumors in the head or neck - treat patients with defects in the ears, nose, or throat - collaborate with and/or refer to other medical practitioners as needed The practice uses the MDLand EHR. The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
