School JanitorWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable School Janitor to join our team. As a School Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our students, staff, and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our educational institution.Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floorsEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersClean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrorsMaintain cleanliness in classrooms, offices, and common areasDust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfacesClean windows, blinds, and other glass surfacesEnsure proper stocking and replenishment of cleaning suppliesAssist with setting up and cleaning up after school events or activitiesReport any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnelAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all timesRequirements:Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessPhysical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periodsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
