TECHNICAL RISK ANALYST

Risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution are crucial aspects of the role. The candidate should be adept at handling cross-functional applications with multiple upstream and downstream dependencies, while also reviewing technical and functional documents to ensure adherence to quality standards. The ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, projects, and problems is essential. Knowledge of ITIL and integration across IPC (Incident, Problem & Change Management) is desirable. Experience in application production support within a fast-paced environment, meeting SLAs and service level management, is important. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in project management and delivery.
