About the Position:
The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their treatment experience. This position combines patient care, scheduling, insurance coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while balancing multiple priorities.

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or patient-facing role required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, or patient coordination preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
