Overview
The Infrastructure Operations Manager directs IT infrastructure operations, balancing on-premises systems with cloud solutions. This role ensures service continuity, optimization, and compliance across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement proactive monitoring and cloud migration strategies.
- Manage Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional incident, problem, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or business.
- 10+ years IT experience.
- 5+ years technical/process proficiency across IT disciplines.
- 5+ years managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Certification: IAT Level II.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.

VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS/GCP management, Splunk, SolarWinds, Nagios, Backup/DR (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik), Terraform, Ansible.
