We’re looking for great personalities and strong work ethic to make epic burgers with us and provide a first-rate guest experience. Tips are shared among all staff. Every person gets a free burger with every shift AND, if you’re over 21, you’ll get a free beer at the end of your shift. Who we are looking for: -High Energy -Passionate About Burgers -Great Chemistry with People -Solid Character -Able to Work Quickly and Efficiently -18+ Years of Age -Customer Service Experience -Ability to Lift 30 lbs Weekend availability is a must Food handlers card, or can acquire one upon job offer OLCC Permit, Or can acquire one upon job offer -Non-Slip Shoes -A Love for Burgers What we require: CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED OLCC PERMIT, OR CAN AQUIRE ONE UPON JOB OFFER WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST Food Handler Card, or can acquire one upon job offer What we offer: -All hourly positions get tips - Free burger with every shift -Free beer at the end of every shift (21+ only) -Advancement opportunities (We are GROWING) -Flexible hours -Sick pay Employment Type: Full Time and Part Time Positions Available.
