Caregiver Position

As a Caregiver with BrightCare HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional home care services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our Madisonville, Louisiana team. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other care team members
Complete and maintain accurate records of client care services, including notes, medication administration records, and vital signs
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
