POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Loan Services Supervisor works directly with Loan Specialists to compile necessary information to underwrite, establish, and collateralize complete quality loans for Central Bank accurately and efficiently. Serves as a liaison between the Loan Specialists, Banking Officers, Credit Team, and Loan Operations regarding customer information documentation, impending loans, loan advances, payments, and payoffs to ensure the job functions are handled in a consistent manner and in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Loan Administration 40%

• Encompasses all duties of the Commercial Loan Specialist I & II.
• Handle unusual or difficult customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department.
• Support overflow of loan portfolio management during high volumes, key transitions, upgrades, etc.

Operations 20%

• Update, write, audit, and train department processes and procedures to ensure accuracy with Bank standards.
• Lead internal audit requests by monitoring exceptions and missing documents or data.
• Compile and analyze data, reports, calendars, and documentation necessary for department consistency and for management review.
• Communicate and collaborate with Compliance and Loan Operations Teams to ensure workflow continuity.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in similar job duties
