Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary Educating patients and their families on health conditions and care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Need 1 year experience in setting
