Restaurant Shift Manager

All employment and hiring is handled by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Lead weekly shift operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, enforce safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth hand‑over. Meet shift targets and support department goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Expected to be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
