At AccordCare Home Health, we're looking for a driven Home Healthcare Liaison sales professional to connect with the community, build lasting relationships, and help families access the quality care they deserve.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the friendly, trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services.
• Building and maintaining strong referral relationships, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition.
• Nurturing long-term partnerships with existing sources.
• Ensuring a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments.
• Staying knowledgeable about AccordCare's services, requirements, and standards.
• Driving synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
• Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Stuart, Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
