About the Role:

As a CNA, you'll work closely with our licensed nurses and healthcare professionals to provide personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assisting with medication management and administration

• Helping residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, walking, and transferring

• Monitoring and reporting vital signs and changes in resident condition

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control practices

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
