Healthcare & Life Sciences Expert, PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Role Overview

Apply healthcare and life sciences expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by reconstructing and improving executive-level PowerPoint presentations. You will turn slide images into accurate, polished presentations while preserving critical terminology, evidence, definitions, and caveats.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint with accurate content and professional presentation design.
• Improve message hierarchy, data visualization, visual storytelling, and overall communication clarity.
• Edit slide content for consistency, precision, and alignment with healthcare and life sciences standards.
• Create detailed documentation explaining improvements, preserved elements, and the rationale behind design and content decisions.
• Work with clinical data presentations, market access decks, product launch plans, regulatory summaries, safety communications, and related materials.
• Maintain high fidelity for domain-specific terminology, definitions, regulatory context, and important caveats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, or healthcare consulting.
• Demonstrated experience creating and editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, visual storytelling, and content-editing skills.
• Strong written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design decisions clearly.
• Understanding of healthcare and life sciences regulatory, safety, and market access communications.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Each slide task is expected to take 1 to 2 hours.
• Work is completed through project-based sprints with flexible timing.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
