Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific circumstances and aspirations.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions via telehealth, focusing on strategies that empower clients to manage their challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including adults and the elderly, who may face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Emphasis will be placed on developing rapport with clients, understanding their unique backgrounds, and adapting your approach to effectively meet their individual needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada.
• Strong clinical skills, with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, designed to foster trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
