Senior Systems Verification Engineer

Job Summary Senior Systems Verification Engineer – Santa Clara, CA, USA. Responsibilities include leading verification strategy and execution for system verification, working closely with system engineering and quality engineering to ensure requirement testability, and developing test methods that meet complex requirement intent. Responsibilities Lead verification strategy and execution for system verification. Work closely with system engineering and quality engineering ensuring requirement testability. Develop test methods that meet complex requirement intent, including protocol development, fixture development, fixture qualification, test script development, test script validation, test method validation, analysis of data, and report/test summary generation. Qualifications B.S. Engineering or equivalent technical degree + 5 years experience, or M.S./Ph.D. Engineering or equivalent technical degree + 3 years experience. Strong testing knowledge for electromechanical systems, including sensors, actuators, force gauges, etc. Experience in electro-mechanical fixture development and qualification. Understanding of the design controls process and successful completion of the product development life cycle of complex capital equipment or reusable devices. Proficiency in developing testing/analysis software scripts in Python, MATLAB, or other scripting languages. Strong knowledge of Linux platform and Python language. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis for sample size determination and performance testing. Strong knowledge of electrical tools such as oscilloscope, function generator, etc. Ability to travel up to 10%, both international and domestic.
