Belden's US Internship Program offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over 12 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience crafting business solutions while developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and function-specific knowledge. As a member of our 2027 US Internship Program, you'll be fully immersed in a global team of experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced, project-based internship positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves professionally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You'll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders. The Sales function at Belden is consultative, relationship-driven, and technically grounded. You are not simply selling a product, but helping a factory, hospital, data center, or transit system solve a complex infrastructure challenge. Sales Internship roles provide the opportunity to work out of the Chicago, IL office. How you can add value within the Sales function: Build partner program training and enablement strategy Research territories, identifies market trends, and prepares territory map & account plans Investigate and build proactive outreach plans to drive lead and opportunity creation Develop key account maps and target account templates Investigate sales performance insights for continuous improvement and automation framework creation Successful Sales Intern candidates will offer: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Professional Sales, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027 Related internship or project work with customer-facing and/or cross-functional experience Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment Let's Create Possibilities Together. Belden offers hybrid and remote work practices where feasible. Applicants can expect a compensation range of $27-30/hour.
