Dental Treatment Coordinator | Covington, WA $25–$30/hour | Full-Time
Covington Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join Dr. Northrup and our team.
We’re a busy, people-focused family dental practice that takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry while making patients feel comfortable, known, and cared for. We’re looking for someone who brings that same approach to the front office: friendly, organized, dependable, and confident helping patients navigate their care.
What You’ll Do Welcome patients and create a great first impression Manage scheduling, phones, check-in, and check-out Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Review treatment plans, estimates, and financial expectations Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Help keep the schedule productive and the day running smoothly Partner closely with Dr. Northrup and the clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience What We’re Looking For Previous dental front office and treatment coordinator experience required Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software Comfortable with dental terminology, insurance, and treatment coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a collaborative dental team Benefits Medical insurance with company-paid contribution Dental and Vision Company-paid Basic Life Insurance Supplemental Life & AD&D Critical Illness, Accident, Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays If you’re looking for a full-time role with an established local practice where patient relationships and teamwork matter, we’d like to meet you.
