Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Tech - Full & Part Time Responsibilities: Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances—including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves—with high quality and efficiency. Deliver excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations. Provide customers with value‑added solutions to make their homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected. Maintain a clean and organized company truck and manage parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel Requirements: Road Warrior (75% or more) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Preferred: experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Ability to use smartphone for part ordering. Pass a background and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) where work is performed. Ability to travel up to 100%. Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime. Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English. Physical capability: lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs frequently (50 lbs commonly; 100 lbs occasionally); bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl regularly; reach above shoulder occasionally. Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
