Solo OTR Driver Overview
- Strong base pay with bonus upside. Earn up to 64CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety + $0.02 mileage bonus after 10K miles), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
- Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.
- Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.
OTR Team Driver Overview
- High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
- Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
- OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
- Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

- Driver-friendly freight and equipment. Run 99% no-touch freight in 2022-2025 Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks.
- Flexible pay options. Optional per diem available to structure your earnings.*
- Extra pay that stacks. Detention, layover, extra stop, driver assist, clean inspection bonuses, plus +2CPM for military veterans.*
- Hazmat pays more. Earn $75 per placarded hazmat load.*
- Bring family along. Pet policy and passenger program (18+) available.
- Referral rewards. Earn a $1K bonus through our driver referral program.
- Full benefits package. Health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, plus 401(k) to support long-term goals.
All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from $0.60-$0.72CPMTalk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
