Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient care functions in accordance with State of Maine Board of Nursing standards and facility policies and procedures
• Provide direct patient care within a Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Cardiac Progressive Care) unit setting
• Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse and Unit Director to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and respond to telemetry readings and cardiac changes in patient condition
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a collaborative team player with flexible scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• MOAB or CPI certification preferred
