ICU Registered Nurse

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Profession: Level 3 RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Days Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience required License: Single State RN license or Compact nursing license required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - PALS - NIHSS cert Must-Have: Pediatric experience required Description: 3x12 Days shifts. Acuity level of patients: Adults and Pediatrics, acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and/or diseases. In the ICU, the staffing ratio is 2:1. In the Step Down Unit (SDU), it is 3:1. Automated medication dispensing system available: Pixys. EMR system used: Cerner. NIHSS certification is required for all RNs and LPNs. Pediatric experience is a must. Masks must be worn at all times in the ICU. Scrub color required: Navy Blue.
