About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: RN Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active driver's license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring required Must-Have: RNC Certification preferred Description: The RN will work in the Labor and Delivery unit. This position involves caring for patients during labor and delivery. The RN will be responsible for monitoring the health of mothers and infants. The unit has 63 beds and operates with an average daily census of 50 patients. A team of 30 physicians is available to support nursing staff. All RNs must be within 100 miles of the facility. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills in labor and delivery nursing. Certifications in fetal monitoring and neonatal care are essential for candidates. RNC Certification is preferred for this position.
