Metal Grinder Position
Looking for a stable career in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility? Twin City Staffing is hiring a metal grinder for a manufacturing facility in Blaine! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $18.00 $21.00/hr. Shift options:
- 5:00 AM 3:30 PM | Monday Thursday
- 6:00 AM 4:30 PM | Monday Thursday
- 7:00 AM 3:30 PM | Monday Friday

Duties of the metal grinder:
- Operate disc and pencil grinders on large metal parts
- Handle sheet metal and larger components
- Use rivet guns, hand tools, and power tools
- Read blueprints, simple dimensions, and basic tolerances
- Use measuring instruments and microscopes for quality checks
- Maintain focus during repetitive tasks
Requirements of the metal grinder:
- Experience grinding sheet metal and larger parts
- ITAR-compliant and ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
