MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's Labor and Delivery team near Belen, NM!

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Flexible Schedule | Sign-On Bonus Available | 90-Day Temporary Housing

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and assess patients during labor, including vital signs and fetal heart rate.
• Assist with labor and delivery tasks, such as administering medications, supporting deliveries, and providing pain relief.
• Educate patients and families on the labor process, delivery options, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and safe delivery.
• Document all aspects of patient care throughout the labor and delivery process accurately.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or complications, following established protocols.
• Maintain a sterile and clean environment by adhering to hospital infection control standards.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
