Quality LAB Technician

Siemer Milling Company in Hopkinsville, KY seeks a Night Shift Laboratory Technician (Food Manufacturing) to perform tests on wheat, flour, bran, reddog, midds and germ using prescribed methods to ensure quality specifications are met. The role runs 9:00pm–7:00am Monday night through Friday morning, with overtime and weekend work as needed.
