Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in restaurant areas while supporting restaurant staff and kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Clean and reset tables quickly to ensure efficient turnover and cleaning.
• Support waiters by delivering food and drinks from the kitchen to table areas and assisting with any additional guest requests.
• Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, are stocked and available for guests and staff.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks in dining areas, including cleaning tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as carrying food orders, organizing tableware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Anticipate and communicate restocking needs.
• At the end of each closing shift, secure all elements and storage areas.
• Complete closing tasks.
• Prepare a daily shopping list to maintain a healthy inventory level as indicated by the manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
• Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.
• Perform other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality orientation.
• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Technical knowledge and experience in food and beverages.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
