Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring tailored support.

  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous training initiatives to keep your skills sharp and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school setting who face various challenges affecting their educational experience and overall wellbeing. This may include adolescents dealing with mental health issues, family conflict, academic stress, and social adjustment difficulties. Working closely with families, the goal is to not only provide immediate support but also foster long-term resilience and success.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • \n
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and social justice issues.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including cultural competence, empathy, and active listening.

  • Proficient in using digital communication tools to connect with students, families, and colleagues in a remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
