Pilates Reformer Trainer

Job Summary: The Pilates Reformer Trainer works with clients, private sessions buddy training, and small group training.  This employee will deliver quality training that meets the members' needs.  The employee must be willing and available to help fellow instructors when subs are needed. Our new studio uses STOTT Equipment.

Education and Experience:
1.       High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2.       Maintain a current Pilates Reformer equipment certification.
3.       A minimum of one year of teaching experience is preferred.
4.       Maintain current CPR certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1.       Ability to train and motivate clients on Pilates Reformers and other equipment.
2.       Work with supervisor and co-workers to help grow clientele and the reformer program.
3.       Provide a high level of customer service to our members.
4.       Communicate effectively with co-workers and members.
5.       Must be punctual. Begin and end all classes at their scheduled time.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:   Must be physically capable of training clients

Salary: 
$36 - $56 per hour,  dependent on experience and client load.
