FAMILY COURT COMMISSIONER VACANCY

Overview The 22nd Judicial Circuit, City of St. Louis, is soliciting candidates for Family Court Commissioner. The Court en banc will make the appointment for a term of four years. Annual salary $166,154 payable by the State of Missouri. Qualifications Per Missouri law, the Family Court Commissioner must possess the same qualifications as a circuit judge, including those set forth in the Missouri Constitution, Article V, Section 21. Qualifications include being a qualified voter of the state and a resident of the City of St. Louis, at least twenty‑five years old, licensed to practice law in Missouri, and possessing all other qualifications required by law. Experience with the Family Court and Juvenile Divisions is preferred. Responsibilities As the appointed Commissioner, responsibilities will include work in the Family Court and Juvenile Divisions.
