salary - $100K range + $5K bonus
Job Summary:
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)who prefers working in a center/clinic-based environment rather than home-based services. The BCBA will manage a center-based caseload , provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)on-site, and ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
The ideal candidate is motivated by career growth opportunities , enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and values a healthy work-life balance , including a manageable expectation of 20 billable hours per week and built-in work-from-home (WFH) days for administrative responsibilities.
Candidates with experience implementing Natural Environment Teaching (NET)and play-based ABA interventions are highly preferred. Applicants must either hold an active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (GA LBA) license or be eligible to obtain one .
This is a multi-site hiring initiative across the Atlanta metropolitan area , allowing one search to support hiring for nearly all clinic locations. Watkinsville and Athens should be sourced separately due to their geographic location.
A single qualified BCBA candidate may be considered for multiple clinic locations , providing flexibility in placement based on candidate preference and business needs.
