Position Summary






Deloitte is seeking an experienced Anaplan Senior Manager to support Finance Transformation initiatives and deliver complex, high-impact work in a client-service environment. This role requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and experience helping organizations improve planning and performance management processes through technology-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will lead workstreams, guide teams, and drive sales and quality outcomes for clients. Recruiting for this role ends on 9/14/26. Within that offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-generation processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Qualifications Required: 8+ years of experience in Finance TransformationBachelor’s degree from an accredited universityExperience with AnaplanExperience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutionsAbility to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: 2+ full lifecycle Anaplan implementations, from use-case design through deployment and hypercareExperience integrating EPM solutions with ERP and data platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica)One or more certifications: Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder or higher; OneStream or Oracle EPM certifications5+ years overseeing testing strategy, training development and delivery, and cutover/hypercare for EPM programsDocumented business development contributions (e.g., proposals, orals, solution proof-of-concepts) and account growthAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance/Information Systems) or CPA The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
