Service Quote Specialist

Div. 32 Duluth, GA

Summary: Responsible for reviewing inspection reports, identifying deficiencies, and creating quotes that coordinate timely and cost-effective repair solutions for our National Accounts customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Read and verify inspection failure reports.
• Review inspection reports and analyze customer requirements and specifications to prepare tailored pricing quotations.
• Create and submit inspection deficiency and repair quotes.
• Ensure quotes comply with company pricing guidelines, margins, and discount policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product details, and lead times.
• Collaborate with project managers to present and explain necessary repairs and deficiencies and address customer-specific pricing needs.
• Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing agreements, and contracts.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
