Multi-Skilled Engineering LeaderCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineering Leader to join the ICBM Program Team in Hill Air Force Base, UT or Layton, UT.The InterContinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Minuteman III is looking for a motivated, talented engineering leader to join the Boeing team in this exciting business area. The selected engineering leader’s responsibilities will include engineering execution of sustainment efforts, technical supervision of engineering staff, and technical execution of multiple ICBM sustainment programs.Position Responsibilities:Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) engineering disciplinesDevelop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goalsAcquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reportsProvide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processesManage, develop, and motivate employeesBoeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as a part of the selection process.
