$40,000 - $60,000

• Create a remarkable client experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person. Handle scheduling and inquiries with warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for our firm.
• Support our advisors with precision. Coordinate client meetings and annual reviews, prepare meeting materials so advisors walk in fully ready, and manage follow-up tasks and post-meeting commitments.
• Own our events and seminars. Lead the planning and execution of client events, educational workshops, and firm seminars from venue coordination to day-of logistics to post-event follow-up.
• Manage registrations and communications. Track attendee lists, send timely communications, and continuously raise the standard of what a Lukas Total Wealth event feels like.
• Keep our systems sharp. Maintain accurate client and prospect records in Wealthbox and ActiveCampaign, keeping profiles, notes, and documentation organized and complete.
• Continue sharpening your craft. Participate in training and contribute ideas that improve the client experience over time.

• Prior experience in client service, administrative support, or event coordination preferred.

• Genuinely service-minded — you care about people, not just tasks.

• Highly organized and naturally detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.

• A confident communicator, both written and verbal, who builds trust quickly.

• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms (Wealthbox and ActiveCampaign experience is a plus).

• Steady under pressure — you stay calm when things get busy and composed when things get stressful.

• Professional, prepared, and dependable, with a deep belief that punctuality and preparation are forms of respect.
