Treasury Management Support Specialist - Commercial Banking

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to digital banking and cash management products and services. Support commercial clients with online banking platforms, user administration, entitlements, and system access. Assist customers with payment services, including wire transfers, ACH origination, remote deposit capture (RDC), and other treasury management solutions. Configure and maintain digital banking platforms, pricing structures, and client profiles while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing timely resolution or escalating matters to the appropriate internal teams. Partner with Client Services, Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams to resolve complex client requests and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance client utilization of digital banking products and recommend additional solutions based on business needs. Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and special projects related to digital banking and cash management. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting digital banking, treasury management, or cash management products within a commercial banking environment. Experience working with online banking platforms, payment systems, and treasury management services, including ACH, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture. Experience with FIS platforms (including IBS and XAA) or comparable digital banking systems is strongly preferred. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve technical and operational issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
