Shift pay plus production offered: $1,400/Day shift (6am–6pm), $1,400/Swing shift (1pm–1am), and $1,600/Night shift (6pm–6am) Full time opportunity in Pasco, WA Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday swings 1p-1a week "A" and Sunday Monday Swings 1p-1a Week "B". Total of 10 shifts per month!

No overnight shifts are required at this time but if they are preferred we can discuss potentially adding you to the night shift rotations. In Your Day-To-Day, You Will:

· Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of companion animals.

· Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions.

· Provide comprehensive emergency care through a balanced mix of receiving new emergency cases, triaging incoming patients, and managing hospitalized patients throughout their course of treatment.

· Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill or injured patients using evidence-based medicine.

· Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.

· Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.

· Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

· DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.

· Ideal candidates will be internship-trained or experienced in emergency medicine, and those with a strong interest in surgery or ABVP diplomate credentials are especially encouraged to apply.

· Confidence managing emergency cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
