TikTok Affiliate Growth Specialist

Spliced is the growth engine for brands that want to dominate TikTok Shop, backed by Amazon Attribution data most platforms don't have. We help brands and agencies connect with creators, build long-term affiliate networks (not one-off UGC deals), and scale revenue through influencer-driven commerce across TikTok, Amazon, and beyond. We're building the infrastructure that connects sellers and agencies with the creator economy, and we're just getting started. The Role We're looking for a TikTok Affiliate Growth Specialist to help brands grow through TikTok Shop by managing creator and affiliate campaigns: identifying the right creators, coordinating collaborations, tracking performance, and learning how brands scale on one of the fastest-growing commerce platforms. You don't need years of experience. We're far more interested in someone who is curious, proactive, organized, and genuinely excited about social media and the creator economy. Build and manage affiliate partnerships (brands, agencies, and their creators) that convert, and keep them converting past the first campaign. What You'll Do Recruit and onboard brands, agencies, and their affiliates/creators into Spliced's programs Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships: commission structures, content approvals, payouts, renewals Apply TikTok Shop-specific best practices around compliance, program setup, and commission tiers Advise partners on TikTok Shop marketing best practices to drive early wins and reduce time-to-value Track affiliate and campaign performance, flag what's working and what isn't Coordinate with the CEO founder and the GTM team on positioning and pipeline status Qualifications Required: Genuinely passionate about social media, especially TikTok, creator marketing, and digital commerce Curious, proactive, and organized, comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving early‑stage environment Comfortable managing a high volume of partner and creator relationships and communications Strong written and verbal communication skills Strongly Preferred: 1+ years managing affiliate, creator, or influencer programs Direct, hands‑on TikTok Shop experience, seller‑side, agency‑side, or as an affiliate/creator manager Experience with Amazon‑affiliated or cross‑channel (Amazon + TikTok) brands Existing relationships with TikTok Shop brands, agencies, or creators Compensation Pay: approximately $23/hour Clear performance review at 90 days to calibrate hours and compensation structure Application Process To apply, please submit: Your resume A brief paragraph describing your direct experience with TikTok Shop affiliate/creator management One example of an affiliate or creator partnership you helped build or manage, and what made it work Why Join Spliced Work directly with Spliced's founder, not buried in a large team Be early in a high-growth commerce + creator platform, with real potential for your role and income to grow as the company scales Help build the affiliate management function from the ground up Operate at the intersection of TikTok, Amazon, and influencer commerce If you're excited about social media and the creator economy and want to help brands win on TikTok Shop, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spliced
