Role Description The Hairstylist role at Luna Haus Salon is a part-time, on-site position located in St. Michael, MN. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing high-quality hairstyling and hair care services, such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Additional daily responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences through excellent service, staying updated on current hair trends and techniques, and maintaining a clean and inviting workspace. Team collaboration and engaging with clients to understand their unique preferences are key elements of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Cosmetology expertise with a valid and current cosmetology or hair technician license Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with a client-focused mindset Dedication to maintaining a professional and welcoming salon environment Ability to stay updated on industry trends and continue professional education Previous salon experience is preferred but not required A passion for creativity and helping clients look and feel their best #J-18808-Ljbffr
