What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting schedules for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Assist with compilations in accordance with GAAP and firm standards
- Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting and tax-related inquiries, including tax planning
- Maintain organized workpapers and documentation for compliance and internal review
- Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA-eligible is a bonus!)
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in tools we use: primarily QuickBooks, Excel, and UltraTax
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
