The NOXX Cannabis Processor is an essential team member responsible for processing marijuana products including flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates, to be sent to retailers for sale. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail with a team-oriented spirit, with the goal of promoting part-time employees to full-time roles in the future.

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm

**weekend work as necessary**

Trimming, weighing, producing and packaging various forms of cannabis products

Grading and sorting processed material into proper containers with proper labeling

Weighing and logging material

Keeping a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventory

Maintaining a sanitary work environment

Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills and communication skills

Preferred candidate will have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, food production or similar manufacturing; fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards

Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain quality with repetitive assignments

Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Works well in a group environment

Must be over 21 years of age

Must be able to pass a background check

Full-time employment: Must be able to work 40 hours per week

Part-time employment: Must be able to work 20-32 hours per week

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus

Frequently required to walk, sit, or stand for long periods

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles

All NOXX Processors are hired at $18 per hour. All scheduled raises are based on performance.
