Nuclear Medicine TechnologistShift 1, 8am-4:30pm Saturday 8am-4:30pm PET rotation On Call rotation, every 4th week, Sat and SU 8am-4pm 1 YR Min Local OK - Same Rate First Time Travelers okSatisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school in Nuclear Medicine.ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB registered with current ODH licensure.1 year PET/CT experience or be PET/CT advanced registry eligible preferred.PET/CT advanced certification is preferred.CPR certification through the American Heart Association.Documentation exists that hospital required and unit specific competency requirements have been met.Operates equipment and all related instrumentation.Makes appropriate imaging decisions for technique, positioning and radiation protection.Administers radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of the supervising Radiologist and documenting appropriately.Maintains awareness of potential adverse reactions.Practices sterile technique and prevents cross contamination.Maintains necessary records which include but not limited to properly labeling of images for interpretation.Rotates within the department and performs exams in acute care hospital and outpatient clinical locations.
