Associate Dentist

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care and support the delivery of comprehensive treatment. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient comfort, safety, and ethical care. Key Responsibilities Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and general dental procedures. Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care within the scope of licensure. Review medical and dental histories and maintain accurate, timely patient records. Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly to patients. Deliver care that follows current clinical standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Coordinate with dental laboratory and clinical team members to support accurate, well-fitting restorations and prosthetic treatments. Monitor treatment outcomes and arrange appropriate follow-up care. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Participate in team communication, continuing education, and quality-improvement activities. Qualifications And Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited program. Current authorization to practice dentistry in the applicable jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, treatment planning, and infection control. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and organizational ability. Ability to work effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, laboratory personnel, and other team members.
