What you'll do: Provide oversight to aportfolioof accounts,participatingin keyclient meetingswhile navigating relationships with seniorleadersand decision makers at holding companies and agencies. Lead the development ofportfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and values and responsible for tracking progress ofportfoliogoals on a regular basis. Motivate andempoweringa team to driveconsistentYoY account growth. Manage forteam bandwidth, delivering a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals tomanagement. Thoughtfullyidentifyfutureleadersof the business and grow talent on the team by developing the strengths of individuals for the next level of their careers Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the teamidentifyopportunities toleveragethem to drive revenue growth and solve business needs. Advocate internally with seniorcross-functionalstakeholders for clients’ product needs. Take an active role in keyclient meetings(e.g.business reviews, major product updates, meetings with agencyplanningteams, TV teams, investment teams) and acting as a trusted TTD resource. Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Maintain strongcross-functionalrelationships acrossClient ServiceswithSalesand Tradingleadersto help drive effectiveperformanceacross all teams. Communicate effectivelywith other functionalleadersby solving business challenges together,identifyingopportunitiesfor growth, andcollaboratingto drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Who you are: 10+ years of relevant professional experience with 4+ years of programmatic experience in account management or hands-on-keyboard function. Experience in developing,nurturingand managing client relationships. Proventrack recordof driving revenue growth with large customer accounts. 4+ years of strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executiveteamand industry groups. Execute (and coach others to execute)timelyin a fast-paced environment througheffective time managementand prioritization skills. Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $111,900 – $205,200 USD. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
