Senior Certified Nursing Assistant

Qualifying shifts may be eligible for a $0.50 per hour shift differential. Minimum qualifications include a current Florida licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant, willingness and ability to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and basic computer skills. Successful completion of the employment screening process, including a national background investigation and drug test, is required.

Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in a long-term care facility working with a geriatric population and a valid CPR certification.

Position description involves providing assistance with activities of daily living nursing care, observing and reporting resident concerns, providing end of life care, and following facility established policies and procedures. The position also requires responding to cognitively impaired residents, maintaining confidentiality, and attending all required facility training.
