BOISE RESIDENTS — This role requires local presence in the Boise, Idaho market. Applicants outside the Boise area will not be considered.

About the project: 

Stellar Senior Living is developing a 145-unit assisted living and memory care community in Boise, Idaho. Our development team is headquartered in Utah, and we are looking for a trusted local professional to serve as our boots-on-the-ground presence throughout the construction process.

This is not a full-time role. It is a flexible, part-time engagement — estimated at a few hours per week — for someone who knows construction, knows the Boise market, and has the instincts to know what matters and when to escalate.

What you'll do: 

• Make regular site visits to monitor construction progress
• Attend key project meetings on behalf of the owner
• Serve as the primary local liaison with the general contractor
• Keep our Utah-based development team informed of site conditions, concerns, and milestones
• Flag issues early — before they become problems
• Provide local market context and relationships our team wouldn't otherwise have

Compensation: 

Competitive hourly or flat-fee contract. Structure is flexible based on your background and availability.
